Think It. Print It.

Imagine it. 3verteD will do the rest.

3verteD offers 3D printing design and on-demand additive manufacturing services. Using their in-house 3D printers and global network of partners, they have helped hundreds of small- and medium-size businesses go from idea to reality with savings in lead times and manufacturing costs.

3verteD offers the following services:

3D design

Design for 3D printing can bring your ideas to digital life before they are additively manufactured. 3verteD can help clients design from scratch or simply have their designs optimised for 3D printing. They can also help with reverse engineering and materials selection.

Product development

3verteD will take you from idea to reality using project management and rapid prototyping to get to market faster and at a lower cost. They offer hands-on support at every stage of the process, including: product definition, prototyping, sourcing and  costing, testing, and commercialisation.

On-Demand 3D Printing

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is a material extrusion method where polymers and polymer composites are melted and then extruded in 2D layers on the build platform in succession. FDM allows you toprint parts for prototyping or end-use cases in an assortment of materials and colours. It provides low-cost functional parts and rapid prototyping.

Stereolithography (SLA) uses a UV laser light to cure liquid resin layer by layer until a solid 3D object is made. It allows you to achieve high-precision functional parts with smooth and detailed surface finishes comparable to injection moulding. SLA is suitable for most use cases but is especially popular for models, prototyping and complex-part geometries. Choose from a variety of resin types and colours that suit every need.

Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) uses an inkjet to deposit fusing and detailing agents on a bed of powder material. The material is then fused into a solid layer. This process is repeated until the build is complete. MJF produces high-quality prints with consistent mechanical properties in all directions of your part geometry. MJF is used for nylon parts requiring isotropic mechanical properties with complex geometries, and is popular for precise and durable electronic component housings, mechanical assemblies, enclosures, and jigs and fixtures.

Selective Laser Melting (SLM) is a method used to print metal parts with excellent mechanical properties and complex geometries. SLM melts layers of powdered metal with a high-energy laser in succession until the print is complete. SLM enables you to optimise your designs using topology and generative methods for next-gen applications in the manufacturing industry. Choose from a range of tried-and-tested metals, such as stainless steel (SS) and aluminium, as well as specialised metals such as SS 17-4 PH and Tool Steel 1.2709.
