A refreshing cocktail that perfectly balances herbal freshness with sparkling citrus zest.
Ingredients: 50 ml gin, 50 ml pineapple juice, 10 ml agave nectar, 20 ml lime juice, 3–4 fresh basil leaves, topped with Sanpellegrino Zero Blood Orange.
Method: Add gin, pineapple juice, lime juice, agave nectar, and basil leaves to a cocktail shaker. Fill with cubed ice, shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds. Fine strain into a tall Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with Zero Blood Orange. Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice and a basil sprig for a refreshing finish.
Mediterranean Jewel
A fruity delight that captures the essence of the Mediterranean in every sip.
Ingredients: 20 ml lime juice, 25 ml passionfruit pulp, 20 ml honey syrup, topped with Zero Pomegranate & Orange.
Method: Combine lime juice, passionfruit pulp, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add cubed ice and shake for 10–15 seconds. Single strain into a rocks glass over ice. Top with Zero Pomegranate & Orange. Garnish with half a passionfruit and a twist of orange zest for a jewel of a cocktail.
