Alloy Magnetic Cores (AMC) specializes in the manufacture of strip wound and folded cores using Grain Oriented Silicon Steel (GOSS) and Non-Oriented Silicon Steel (NOSS) depending on your needs. The company has been manufacturing C Cores and E Cores since 1984, E and I Laminations since 1986 and Jencores (folded cores) since 1999. A subsidiary Mitre Core Technologies (MCT) focus exclusively on mitred and 90-degree cores built to the customers specifications ranging from 5kVA through to 80MVA. All material is fabricated in house from slitting, through to cutting and cropping in order to facilitate each customer’s personal design and each item is quality tested to ensure NLL specified
