Professional membership of the SA Society for Enology & Viticulture (SASEV) is open to any graduate with a four-year degree in natural sciences, while ordinary membership is available to anyone interested in the industry. SASEV’s main objective is to provide a forum for presenting the latest scientific knowledge to wine and grape producers and to maintain and improve the quality of SA wines and related products.
