EST Africa building and hardware and Est Africa FMCG hosted a sold-out golf day in February 2022.
Having had to cancel its planned golf day at the end of 2021, due to the resurgence of Covid, this event was met with great enthusiasm, and the Serengeti Golf Club was a sea of blue EST golf shirts as players made their way around the course. Every single hole was sponsored, and EST is thrilled that a large portion of the proceeds will be used to sponsor Yeoville based, Thol’thuba Athletics.
Peter G, a highly recognised magician combining comedy with the art of magic, was MC for the event and entertained golfers and sponsors throughout the day by travelling from hole to hole sharing his magic and wowing the crowds. His interactive performances added an extra dimension of entertainment to an already fun filled day.
Weather played a role forcing an early end to the day, but this did not dampen any spirits with the prize giving and dinner being held at the clubhouse in the evening.
