‘En-label’ your success

They say don’t judge a book by its cover – but 65 per cent of consumers purchase a product for the first time simply because of its packaging. Every other consumer has chosen a product more frequently because of the packaging.

Labels are considered secondary packaging – but their impact on branding and shelf appeal makes them a primary element for the success of a product.

The development of the right decoration solution is a decisive factor for achieving maximum brand awareness.

Packaging pioneer CCL Label helps create the desired brand image by actively supporting global and local companies of the consumer goods industry with latest technologies and innovations, as well as vast printing capabilities.

With the experience of more than 60 years in the industry and immense network of packaging experts and production sites they are able to support companies worldwide with the same high quality and give them access to the latest technologies.

Experience label innovations in Johannesburg this September

After a successful debut in 2016 CCL Label will return to food & drink technology Africa. The third successful offset of Messe Munich’s drinktec is the world’s leading trade fair in the beverage and liquid food industry.

Designed especially for the needs of the local market, the event is evolving into one of the most important networking and business platforms for the beverage and food industry in South Africa. It gives its visitors a comprehensive overview of the latest developments in the industry.

To spread the word and promote their capabilities, CCL Label will present the latest premium decoration solutions again this September at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Johannesburg.

The different types of decoration, vast range of printing technologies, effects and innovations presented will leave a lasting impression and inspire new packaging ideas.

Revolutionary technologies such as WashOff, as well as brand new ecological and recycling-friendly solutions that will shape the future of labelling will be in focus this year. Stop by at the CCL booth H5/131 to look for brand inspiration, learn about latest technologies and trends, network or discuss current and future projects.

CCL in South Africa

Having supplied local beverage companies for many years now, CCL Label has become a known quantity for premium decoration in South Africa and neighbouring countries.

Through the sales office in Johannesburg customers are not only provided with labels but reliable service and on-site strategic and technical support. In the past CCL was honoured with supplier awards multiple times already by their long-term customers such as SAB Newlands.

With the construction of the new production site this year, CCL Label will soon be able to offer local customers the same high-quality products they know and rely on – but combined with even more flexibility: The goal is to supply local customers in the most efficient way by enabling shorter lead times as well as reduced need for transportation and storage.

Premium decoration made in South Africa will open up new possibilities for existing customers and all other manufacturers looking to enhance their products through outstanding packaging.
