Natasha De Lange takes helm as managing director for IMCD South Africa

With over two decades of experience in the chemical industry, De Lange will drive strategic growth initiatives, commercial excellence, and digitalisation efforts for IMCD South Africa.

In her new role, De Lange will lead IMCD South Africa’s strategic growth ambitions. Her key objectives include focusing on the expansion of both new and existing principals, driving commercial excellence, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, fostering talent development and spearheading the digitalisation initiatives within the organisation.

De Lange’s expertise spans in various sectors, including Metal Finishing, Polyurethanes, Preservatives, Chlor-Alkali, Coatings, Polymers, Paper, Agriculture, Glass and other Chemical Industries. Before joining IMCD, she was the general manager at Omya Idwala South Africa.

De Lange will replaces, Ryan Harrison, who will assume a new role within the company as managing director of Australia and New Zealand. She will be based at the IMCD office in Randburg, Johannesburg and will report to Dr. John Robinson, executive committee member, IMCD Group.
