Sensible snacking with NuSeed

NuSeed enters Food Review New Product CompetitionThe NuSeed range of seed-based snacks offers a convenient alternative to snacking for people who want to start making a healthy lifestyle change without compromising on taste.

‘It is commonly known that consuming nutritious, wholesome food has a huge impact on longevity and physical health,’ says Nadine Petzer, innovator and key accounts director at NuSeed, a division of NutriSeed. ‘The challenge has been to find tasty, but convenient low calorie snacks to satisfy cravings in between meals.’

A new addition to the market, NuSeed offers a healthy replacement for chips, replacement of fried onion for salad toppers, healthy tasty cereal topper and, more importantly, healthy snacks for children.

The ingredients are dry roasted without oil to ensure the nutritional values are not changed, as seeds contain natural, essential oils that benefit the body in a multitude of ways. This ensures that NuSeed offers the vital daily dietary requirements essential to a healthy lifestyle.

Every year SA Food Review, in conjunction with Symrise, runs a prestigious competition where the winner wins a trip to the international trade show SIAL Paris 2016. Any new products launched from 1 January 2014 until 10 May 2015 qualify. For more information or to download an entry form, click here.
