Turnstar was recently tasked with providing a mining client with a portable vehicle access control solution. The solution had to be easy to move, self-sufficient and stable enough to work in heavy-duty areas. Turnstar designed and manufactured a modified trailer which was fitted with a 12V BLDC TRAFFIC MASTER barrier, a solar panel and battery solution and self-supporting car/truck goosenecks. The trailer can be set up on-site within 10 minutes of arrival, meeting the client’s requirement for rapid deployment.
