Rugani 100% ABC Juice
As a farm and family-owned brand, we are passionate about raising a healthy generation and leaving a legacy for future generations. By building on our current juice making principles, we wanted to produce a nutritious juice that is more approachable for youngsters, whilst also adding more veggies than fruit. This deliciousness can be enjoyed in two different pack sizes. Our on-the-go 330ml packs are perfect for lunchboxes (one case = 2 weeks of lunch packs), as well as a healthy option for party packs. The 750ml is a nutritious option for the whole family to enjoy.
Rugani 100% ABC juice is different to other kiddies-juices on the market, because it is only produced once a year. In South Africa, apples are only harvested during a limited period. Like our 100% Cloudy Apple Juice, the ABC juice will only be produced once a year, as it contains fresh apples that are only harvested in season.
ABC Juice contains more vegetables than fruit. Our formula is simple: 45% Fresh Apples + 55% Fresh Veggies (5% Beetroot + 50% Carrot) = Rugani ABC Juice.
ABC Juice is pantry safe! No substances or chemicals are added to maintain its shelf life, we use long-life aseptic packaging to keep our juice fresh. Only once opened, it should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.
Rugani ABC Juice is made from fresh carrots, apples and beetroot only, not from reconstituting concentrated syrups. This supersonic antioxidant destroys free radicals and protects healthy cells. Hibiscus is also known as zobo in West Africa. The calyx (sepals) of the roselle (hibiscus sabdariffa) flower is deep magenta in colour. The hibiscus used in the Rugani juicing process has sweet and tart flavours, similar to cranberry. Historically, zobo has been used to decrease body temperature, to treat heart disease, to soothe a sore throat and to treat high blood pressure. Recent studies found hibiscus effective in the treatment of high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Other benefits also include:

The Rugani 100% Green Juice is a powerful juice containing superfood ingredients such as fresh cucumber, pineapple, celery, ginger and moringa. This juice is a perfect combination of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients & anti-oxidants to support good health. We wanted to produce a green juice that would be a powerful immune booster and that would support healthy detoxification, weight loss and overall health – while still being affordable and convenient to consume. After much research, we intentionally selected the following ingredients to achieve this super juice:
Cucumbers are ideal for promoting vital hydration which is necessary for the proper functioning of body cells. This veggie also naturally aids in weight loss while providing vitamins (K, A, B and C) and minerals (copper, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus) that assist in bone health, as well as skin, heart and brain health.
Pineapples are a rich source of vitamin C, which helps keep your immune system healthy and strong. Vitamin C also aids in the absorption of iron from your daily diet. Another powerful vitamin that pineapples contain is thiamine, which helps with energy production.
