Sabinsa is pleased to announce that Dr Alphons Philips has joined the company as director of scientific affairs. The multinational health science company is known for providing sustainable natural, well-researched ingredients.

Dr Philips brings extensive industry experience in drug safety, consumer product safety, cosmeceuticals, and nutraceuticals. He is an accomplished scientific affairs leader with deep expertise in clinical research, drug safety, consumer product safety, cosmetovigilance, regulatory data science, and claims substantiation across the nutraceutical and functional food industries.

With a PhD in medical genetics and a MBA in healthcare management, Dr Philips combines scientific acumen with strategic insight, enabling data-driven decisions that meet evolving regulatory standards.
