Sally Williams, a renowned South African chef, found the inspiration for her range of nougat products in the markets of Marrakesh, Morroco.
Intrigued by the taste, she embarked on a quest to find the perfect confectionery drawing on recipes from Morocco, Tunisia, France and Italy.
The latest offering and entrant to the FOOD REVIEW/Symrise New Product Competition is Milk Chocolate Treats with Crispy Nougat.
