Users are able to titrate crude oil and petroleum products, including waxes and heavy marine fuels according to the ASTM D8045 standard test method, in less than two minutes. Simply connect the Thermotrode sensor to an Excellence titrator and just click a button to start the method. With a resolution of 0.0001°C and a temperature measurement range from 0 to 85°C, the sensor allows the user to measure precise and accurate AN values.

The Thermotrode requires no calibration, conditioning or special maintenance. No electrolyte or refill solution is needed. Simply connect the sensor, attach it to the titration stand and run the analysis.
