Is Hollard Namibia refusing to recognise tourism and hospitality BI claims?

Courts in the UK and South Africa, at the end of last year, confirmed the validity of COVID-19 Business Interruption insurance claims in the tourism and hospitality sector. Insurers have agreed to settle these claims and have started making payments to businesses devastated by the coronavirus pandemic. In SA, this includes Hollard – however, Hollard Namibia has allegedly not followed suite.
