SAAFFI goes back to the future

Flavours and fragrances enhance our daily lives, yet many of us remain unaware of the art, science, and knowledge required in formulating new and compliant products amidst a myriad of legislative and regulatory issues. It was in this background that the South African Association of the Flavour & Fragrance Industry (SAAFFI) held its 13th one-day seminar and workshop in Midrand under the title ‘Back to the Future.’
