Atlas Copco acquires Leybold Vacuum

Atlas Copco now owns former Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum, renamed Leybold GmbH. Leybold becomes part of the vacuum solutions division, which belongs to the compressor technique business area, with approximately 6 500 employees represented in over 35 countries.
