Riskproof: An ethics seminar on legal risks to medical professionals

On 17 May, Medical Academic will be joined by Victoria Campos, Jared Ishmael and Tobia Serongoane of Webber Wentzel as they break down some of the risks current-day medical professionals have to face, including prosecution for culpable homicide, and look at ways to mitigate these risks in an ethical manner. This is in the context of sustained, high levels of medical malpractice litigation in South Africa.
