Unique SA gin

As leaders of innovation in the confectionary industry, Beyers Chocolates jumped at the opportunity to be a part of the countries newfound craft culture. The Beyers craft range was launched in September 2018.

Beyers Craft Gin Truffles are deliciously fruity and surprisingly naughty. With three amazing flavours that consist of; Classic Gin & Tonic flavoured chocolate ganache, enrobed in a 57 per cent Dark Chocolate; Cranberry & Honeybush flavoured chocolate ganache, enrobed in a Milk Chocolate and the final truffle a Ginger & Lemongrass flavoured chocolate ganache in a Milk Chocolate.

As most local craft gin distilleries are based in the Western Cape, Beyers Chocolates was inspired by their use of fynbos botanicals to craft their unique gins. This is evident in the use of Botanicals on their bold packaging.

For the boys

Beyers Craft Beer & Pretzel Truffles. Beer & Pretzels – what a masculine combination. These milk Chocolate truffles are infused with Beer and rolled in crunchy pretzels, giving a salty taste to the truffle. By using strong, deep and rich colours, the inspiration behind the design of the box was taken from local South African Craft Breweries.

Originally, the craft ranges were only launched to be a part of their special occasions range. The recent demand for both ranges have become so popular in the market, that Beyers Chocolates have decided to manufacture both lines all year round. Keep an eye out for the a third Craft Chocolate box that will be launched during 2019. They Guarantee that your taste buds will be transported!
