Taking place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) 20 to 22 May 2015, Food Hospitality World Africa (FHWA) is the African food and hospitality industry’s premier business networking conference and exhibition. A product of Italian-owned Fiera Milano Exhibitions, 2015 will be the second edition of this show.
A new addition for the year’s FHWA is the ‘Food for Thought’ conference, where relevant and critical food industry information will be presented by leading industry experts. Subjects to be debated include food security, food safety, sustainability, and doing business in Africa.
Key feature areas at this year’s FHWA include World of Wines, Africa Rising, and the Halaal Pavilion. There is also a specialised Buyers Programme, whereby the Department of Trade & Industry will bring 30 international buyers to discover all things new and exciting in the South African food and beverage world.
